We are looking for someone with great organisational and admin skills to join the team as our Secretary.

We are extending our Board of Trustees to help us fulfil our long-term ambitions. Our Trustees shape the Festival’s direction, ensure good governance, and use their skills to make a lasting impact. We are keen to consider both experienced board members and those new to the role.

Management Team Roles
Local Authors' Showcase Manager
We are seeking an individual with great organisational and people skills to help organise and deliver our Local Authors' Showcase event. Responsibilities would include planning, promoting and staging the event.
Box Office Manager
We are seeking an organised, customer-focused individual to manage Festival ticketing. Responsibilities include managing our online ticketing system, overseeing ticket sales, maintaining financial and attendance records, resolving attendee queries and supporting audience needs.
